Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your ChillFlow product. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-day returns: You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item should be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Your right to cancel (UK): Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This is in addition to our 30-day returns promise.

How to start a return: Email us at the Contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you the return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping.
