Where we ship from: All ChillFlow orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse, so your order reaches you quickly — no long waits and no surprise customs charges.

Delivery cost: Delivery is free on every order. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Dispatch time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
